Hill Physicians offers resources on important health topics, most of which are available to the public. 

NeuroBehavioral Pain Management Group Program (NBP)
Sacramento Region

NeuroBehavioral Pain Management is a mind-body program that teaches you how to reduce or turn off pain using simple word commands. Four-week group programs begin the first Tuesday of every month in Sacramento. Learn more about NBP and how to register.

NeuroBehavioral Pain Management Telephone Program (NBP)
Hill Physicians members only

This individual telephone-based mind-body program teaches you how to reduce or turn off pain using simple word commands. Ask your doctor to send an authorization request to Hill Physicians on your behalf, after which an NBP practitioner will phone you.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Oakland, Roseville, Sacramento

Mindfulness training is a safe, clinically effective technique for reducing pain and managing stress. Groups include orientation plus eight weekly sessions. To register, call Community Psychiatry at 888-737-7712 or visit their website.
