If you have an mp3 player with a music manager, all you have to do is drag the podcast from your desktop in to your music library and when you sync, the podcast will be there under "Hill Physicians". If you don't have an mp3 player your computer will play the podcast just by opening the file, as long as you have a media player and speakers.

Lori Golden, MA.:
Lori holds a master’s degree in holistic health education, and is a registered yoga instructor with the National Yoga Alliance. She teaches courses in guided imagery, self-acupressure and yoga to support patients’ management or reduction of stress and chronic pain. Lori currently develops and oversees online podcasts, web videos and tip sheets created from the Member Health Improvement and Integrated Health Departments for Hill Physicians Medical Group.

Rosalind Englander-Calo, MS, LMFT.:
Rosalind has been teaching stress management programs using guided imagery and mindfulness for over 30 years. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in depression and anxiety treatment. Rosalind has led the development of health education programs in a variety of managed care organizations and is currently the manager of the Member Health Improvement Department at Hill Physicians Medical Group. |

Glenn Perelson:
Glenn has over 16 years of experience creating comprehensive lifestyle change programs to support people who are interested in improving their health and wellbeing. His projects include creating national programs in cardiovascular care at the Preventive Medicine Research Institute and during his tenure with Hill Physicians Medical Group, he lead the development of holistic programs for pain management. |
