Take Control of Nutrition & Weight Management

Turn to MyPlate to Decide What to Put on Your Plate

In an effort to help Americans make healthier food choices, in 2011 the USDA introduced the new MyPlate icon and website ChooseMyPlate.gov
MyPlate encourages Americans to enjoy food while watching portion sizes and provides a visual guide to how much of your plate should contain vegetables, fruits, grains, proteins, and dairy.

Visit ChooseMyPlate.gov to learn more and create a personalized food plan, or visit our action planning page for help creating a plan for making a change in your diet.
