Ingredients
½ cup low fat ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons minced onion
½ teaspoon dried dill weed
1 16-ounce pre-cooked whole-wheat pizza crust (without cheese)
2 cups Golden Delicious or other apples, cored and thinly sliced
1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
¾ cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
Combine ricotta cheese, onion and dill; mix well and spread on pizza crust. Layer sliced apples and peppers over ricotta mixture, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 450ºF for about 7 minutes or until mozzarella cheese melts and pizza crust is thoroughly heated.
