Ingredients
Salad
4 cups (packed) fresh baby spinach
4 tsp coarsely chopped pecans
2 chopped pears, peeled and cored
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup dried cranberries
Dressing
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp vegetable broth
1 1/2 Tbsp minced shallots
Directions
Toss salad ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients together in a blender, add to salad and toss.
