Ingredients
4 tomatoes halved into 8 pieces (cut horizontally is best)
1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
Pinch of oregano
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place tomatoes halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, oregano, and fresh ground pepper on each half. Spray each lightly with canned oil spray. Bake until the tomatoes are tender, about 12-15 minutes.
