Chocolate-Stuffed Bananas

Ingredients

4 small bananas (approximately 6 to 7 inches long)
4 ounces dark chocolate

Directions

Arrange bananas, unpeeled, on a rimmed baking dish. Using a paring knife, slice each banana lengthwise through the top layer of peel but without breaking the bottom peel in one long cut. Stuff an ounce of dark chocolate in pieces into each gash. Bake at 350˚ until the chocolate melts (approximately 2-3 minutes). Serve immediately in bowls and eat with spoons.
