Carrie Marsh

Carrie Marsh is the Vice President of Clinical Services, overseeing Care Management, Utilization Management, and Appeals and Grievances. Prior to joining Hill, Carrie has held various executive positions, including Director of Quality at Community Memorial Healthcare and Senior Director of Care Management and Population Health at Sutter Health. In these roles, she spearheaded strategic initiatives, built high-performing teams, and implemented innovative care delivery models to enhance patient care and organizational performance. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University.
