Andrea Rico serves as Vice President of Government Programs and Full Risk Business at Hill Physicians Medical Group. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives to optimize government program performance and advance value-based care models. Andrea brings more than 25 years of expertise in managed care operations, network management, and contracting, driving innovative solutions that improve financial viability, quality outcomes and member experience. Her leadership focuses on fostering collaboration across stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth and excellence in government-sponsored programs. Prior to joining Hill, Andrea held leadership roles at Altais/Brown & Toland Physicians, Optum Care, and CareMore Health. Andrea earned a bachelor’s degree in Health Science Community Health from California State
University, Los Angeles.
