Diabetes Educational Classes

Hill Physicians is hosting FREE live, virtual classes for Hill Physicians members with type 2 diabetes. Learn effective tools and techniques for improving blood sugar control from our expert health educators and pharmacists. 

You can attend these classes online using any device with Wi-Fi. Sign up below, and you will receive a link in your email to join the class on its scheduled day.
