Minimum requirements:

  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident status
  • Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy in the United States
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in California

Application Materials (to be submitted via PhORCAS)

  • Letter of interest describing why the applicant has chosen to complete a managed care pharmacy practice residency and why he/she is specifically interested in the residency at Hill Physicians Medical Group
  • Letter of recommendation from three faculty members or work supervisors (at least 2 must be familiar with the applicant’s clerkship performance)
  • An official transcript of all course-work completed in the professional pharmacy curriculum
  • A current curriculum vitae (please include an email address)
