SAN RAMON, CA.— Hill Physicians Medical Group achieved shared savings in its first year partnering with Aledade in the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP). The success is a result of nearly 100 primary care physicians providing high-quality care to 20,000 Medicare patients in the program.
In 2023, Hill Physicians Medical Group partnered with Aledade, which provides actionable insights and dedicated support for clinicians to keep their patients healthy while generating more revenue. Aledade delivered a record $801 million in savings for MSSP in 2023, more than any other MSSP participant.
