Kristi Watson

Kristi Watson serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities at Hill Physicians, a position she has held since May 2022. In this role, she oversees all HR-related projects and initiatives, as well as the office buildings of the organization’s three corporate locations and the Hill Health clinic in Oakland. Prior to her tenure at Hill Physicians, Kristi served as the Vice President of Human Resource Operations at InnovAge, and has extensive experience in various healthcare settings, including skilled nursing, home care, home health, and PACE. Kristi holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University.
