Hill Physicians offers more than 1,200 primary care physicians across Northern California. Use our online physician directory to find a PCP in your region. You will see enrollment information within the profile of each primary care physician. - Select Hill Physicians as Your Medical Group
When you enroll, your HMO will ask you to select a medical group. Fill in the “Medical Group Selection” on your enrollment form, write in “Hill.” or let our Customer Service Team assist you in contacting your health plan. If you are enrolling online, look for a ‘search by medical group’ function to find Hill Physicians.
